Ranbir Kapoor To Play Sardar In Yashraj Movie

After Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan, its Ranbir’s turn to done a turban. Ranbir will be playing a sikh salesman in his upcoming Yash Raj movie. The film is named ‘Rocket Singh- Salesman of the Year’. As evident from the title, the movie is going to be a comedy.

The movie is based on the current economic slump. Yash Raj is repeating the director-writer duo of blockbuster film Chak De India. Shimit Amin is directing the movie and script is written by Jaideep Sahni.The shooting started on 2nd may and the movie is supposed to get released in december this year.

Ranbir is working really hard to get in to the skin of the character. The actor is learning to speak punjabi. Also, Ranbir has been growing a beard since the last few weeks. And for the same reason has been keeping away from the media glare.
