Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja who has been arrested by the Mumbai police on rape charges is in for more trouble.

While Shiney has confessed that he had consensual sex with his maid, his wife Anupam Ahuja says that Shiney is a loving father and loving husband and he can not do anything like this ever.

On the same side, the forensic report revealed that the maid has been sexually assaulted.

“We have received the medical report of the victim and it has corroborated what the victim has alleged against the actor in the FIR (First Information Report),” Deputy Commissioner of Police Niket Kaushik told PTI.

The police will also send clothes worn by the actor and the victim on the day of the incident to the Forensic Science Laboratory for tests.

Film maker Mukesh Bhatt says, “This is a body blow to me. I spoke to a top police official who told me that he was informed by his juniors at Oshiwara that Shiny claimed that he had sex with the consent of the maid. However, she has claimed that she was forced into it. The police officer added that they had to accept the woman’s version. I had spoken to Shiny only yesterday. If he is found guilty of rape, we have to condemn him.”
